Note on Response Time...
We know that support
questions are sometimes "emergencies." We will always respond
as quickly as possible (often immediately) but because we may be working
with other clients or off-line it may be up to 1 business day.
Training...
We can provide or refer you
to qualified training for operating systems and many software packages.
Training is also available for Science curriculum and integration, K-12
(see Linda's page).

Fees...
Fees are negotiable for long
term contracts.
Short term contracts are billed at $75/hour for on-site and $50/hour for
phone, e-mail or work done at my location.
Expenses are extra but are usually minimal.
Travel outside the Boulder-North Suburban Denver area entails travel fees.
E-mail and phone support is billed after 1 hour of use or when other invoices
are issued.
